This policy explains how Date Your Health and DYH LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED handle personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use Google sign-in, contact us or use our services.

Google sign-in summary

We use basic Google account information only to create and authenticate your Date Your Health account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendars, and we do not sell Google user data.

1. Who we are

Date Your Health is a brand operated by DYH LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED. In this policy, “DYH”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DYH LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account details such as your name, email address and password-related account credentials.
  • Contact and delivery information such as your phone number, postal address and support messages.
  • Order and payment-related details, including products, totals and payment status. Payment card or banking details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Any information you voluntarily send through email or other support channels.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device type, timestamps and request logs collected by our hosting and service providers.
  • Authentication session information required to keep you signed in securely.
  • Your shopping cart, which is stored locally in your browser until it is cleared or an order is completed.

3. Google sign-in data

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, provide the information needed to authenticate you. This normally includes your Google account identifier, email address, name and, where available, profile image.

We use this information to create or locate your DYH account, sign you in, display your name, protect the account and provide account features such as order history. Authentication and session data are processed through Google and Supabase. We never receive your Google password.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow people to read it. We do not request permission to access Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendars or other Google services. We disclose Google user data only to service providers that support authentication and hosting, when legally required, or when necessary to protect users and our services.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, secure and maintain accounts and website features.
  • Process orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations and customer support when commerce features are available.
  • Send account confirmation, password reset, order and service communications.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
  • Improve our website and services using aggregated or operational information.

5. When we share information

We share personal information only where reasonably necessary with providers that help operate the service, including Supabase for database and authentication services, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google when you use Google sign-in, and Razorpay when payment features are enabled. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, reorganisation or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account administration, order records, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your account, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing wecare@dyhlifecare.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain records where required by law.

You can stop using Google sign-in by disconnecting Date Your Health from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete the DYH account or records that we must retain; contact us to request account deletion.

8. Children, external links and international processing

Our account and shopping services are not directed to children under 18. Wellness and recipe information is general educational content and should be used with appropriate adult or professional guidance.

Our website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Service providers may process data in locations outside your state or country, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
