By accessing or using Date Your Health, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. “DYH”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DYH LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to create an account or place an order. You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
You may sign in using email and password or an available third-party sign-in service such as Google. Your use of that provider is also subject to its terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
3. Wellness information
Date Your Health provides general educational information, recipes, meal ideas and fitness estimates. This content is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
Consult an appropriate professional before changing diet or activity, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, have allergies, take medication, or have a medical condition. Stop an activity and seek medical help if you feel unwell.
4. Recipes, allergies and food safety
Recipe ingredients, nutrition notes and serving guidance are general information. Check product labels and ingredient suitability yourself. Account for allergies, intolerances, religious or dietary requirements, safe cooking temperatures, cross-contamination and individual nutritional needs.
Ingredients, brands and preparation methods vary. We do not guarantee that a recipe is free from a particular allergen or suitable for every person.
5. Products, orders and payments
Product descriptions, availability and prices may change. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary. An order is accepted only when we expressly confirm it and any required payment is successfully completed. We may reject or cancel an order for availability, pricing, payment, serviceability, suspected fraud or legal reasons and will handle any amount received according to applicable law.
Payments, when enabled, are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Additional shipping, cancellation and refund terms may apply and will be presented before live purchasing is enabled. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website. In particular, you must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully, or infringe another person’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

The website, branding, design, text, graphics, recipes and other content are owned by or licensed to DYH LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits.
8. Third-party services and links
The service may rely on or link to third parties, including Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, Razorpay and social platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability or independent practices. Your use of them may be subject to separate terms.
9. Availability, disclaimers and liability
We aim to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all information will always be complete or current. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts with jurisdiction in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes.
